Position Overview

Position in the E-commerce department of a company specializing in the distribution of enterprise-class IT hardware, including servers, storage systems, network switches, hard drives, SSDs, and related components.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries – providing customers with information about the company's products and services.
  • Analyzing and updating sales prices of the company’s product offerings.
  • Preparing commercial offers and contracts, entering sales orders, managing tender documentation, and issuing sales invoices.
  • Listing products on e-commerce platforms – creating product descriptions and completing technical specifications for server-related items.
  • Managing online stores and marketplaces (eBay, Allegro, Baselinker, Amazon, etc.).
  • Creating special offers and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company in matters related to customer service (technical department, purchasing, accounting).

Our Requirements

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and a strong interest in the IT industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, online sales platforms, and managing online stores.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Good command of the English language.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with additional tools such as graphic design software, process automation, AI, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages beyond Polish and English.
