We're dedicated to a seamless delivery experience:
Standard Shipping: By default, we ship your orders via DHL courier. For orders exceeding 1000 PLN, shipping in Poland is always free. Within Poland, DHL deliveries typically arrive the next business day after dispatch. In the European Union, shipments are delivered the following business day. For international shipments, the delivery time depends on the destination country. If you prefer a different courier company, we closely cooperate with UPS, GLS, Fedex, or Pocztex (Polish Post) by special request.
Oversized Shipments
In the case of palletized goods, we reserve the right to use alternative courier companies or dedicated transportation.
Express Shipping
If you're in Warsaw, we offer express courier delivery with a guarantee of delivery within 2.5 hours from placing the order. Across Poland, there's an option for same-day express delivery. For details, please contact our sales department. We also offer direct delivery, using our own transport to bring the goods directly to your location.
Delivery Terms
Upon receiving your shipment, the courier company will notify you via email and/or SMS with delivery details. All our shipments are insured based on the order value. While the courier delivering your package is not obligated to contact you before delivery, they will do so in case of address difficulties or any uncertainties.
Shipping Schedules
We send out orders from Monday to Friday until 16:00. Orders placed before 14:30 are typically dispatched the same day. Please note that this does not apply to custom-configured equipment (BTO - built-to-order) or items delivered specifically on customers demand. In special cases, and after individual arrangements, we can ship orders from Monday to Friday until 21:00 and on Saturdays until 14:00.
