Servers for Comarch ERP – new and refurbished

When an ERP system needs to manage accounting, inventory, sales, and HR, what truly matters are stability, a fast database, and sufficient resource headroom. The servers available in this category feature configurations proven in practice – even when handling a dozen (or more) concurrent users. Based on Intel Xeon processors (including Silver, Gold, and E5 v3/v4 series), equipped with fast SSD storage and an adequate amount of server-grade RAM, these servers for Comarch Optima ensure smooth operation, even during peak business hours.

Most models in this category are proven designs from Dell and HPE – such as the R640, R740, and DL360 Gen10, along with tower versions like the T350 or T640. Thanks to flexible configuration options (1 or 2 CPUs, 32 to 128 GB RAM), you can easily select a server tailored to your company's scale – whether you have 3 users or 30. For simpler environments, like an accounting office with just a few workstations, a configuration with a single processor, 32–64 GB of RAM, and RAID 1 using two SSDs is typically sufficient. Such systems are quiet, energy-efficient, and hassle-free in daily operation. Conversely, for larger organizations, such as wholesalers or law firms with numerous workstations, opting for 2 CPUs, a minimum of 64–128 GB of RAM, and RAID 10 is recommended for optimal performance and reliability. These configurations effectively handle intensive SQL database workloads and concurrent access by multiple users.

Servers in this category are configured to seamlessly support the Microsoft SQL Server database utilized by Comarch Optima. Built-in RAID controllers (e.g., PERC H730P, Smart Array P408i-a), redundant power supplies, and fast LAN connectivity (with optional 10GbE) translate into rapid data access and operational continuity, even in the event of a component failure. This is especially critical when the business operates continuously and the server fulfills multiple roles simultaneously – database hosting, backup management, and running the ERP application. For IT administrators, the inclusion of iLO or iDRAC is also crucial, enabling remote monitoring of server status, performing reboots, restoring backups, or installing the operating system without needing physical access to the office. A well-configured ERP server isn't just about performance; it's also about the peace of mind that comes from knowing everything is under control.

We know Comarch Optima not just from manufacturer brochures but from daily, hands-on deployments for our clients – including accounting offices, retail stores, wholesalers, and law firms. Therefore, the servers you find here aren't random configurations; they are specific solutions tested and proven in real-world operational environments. No unnecessary frills or over-speccing – just precisely what you need for your Comarch Optima system to run smoothly and reliably.
