Computer Service Technician – Service Engineer – IT Support Specialist
About the Position
This position is exclusively for true IT hardware enthusiasts (computers, servers, networking equipment, storage systems, etc.). We work daily with the latest devices from most leading enterprise-grade hardware manufacturers, including Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Arista, Samsung, WD, AMD, Intel, and more. Our work involves preparing equipment for production and troubleshooting various technical issues—both hardware-related and involving different operating systems used on these devices (Windows Server, ESXi, Proxmox, VMware, and others). We also provide consulting services, design complete solutions, and implement them for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Configuring and assembling server hardware.
- Preparing networking equipment for operation – switches, routers, and more.
- Testing computer hardware in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintaining test documentation.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Repairing computer devices.
- Installing and configuring various operating systems: Proxmox, VMware, Windows.
- Maintenance and configuration of company IT equipment: OS updates, hardware upgrades, adding devices to the domain, setting permissions, etc.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues at client sites.
- Service visits – traveling to clients (mainly in Warsaw and surrounding areas).
Our Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and computer architecture.
- Knowledge of computer networks and the TCP/IP protocol.
- Knowledge of Linux systems.

- Proficiency in English sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.
- Meticulousness and attention to detail in action.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Commitment and independence – solving problems and implementing improvements without being assigned.
- Determination in problem-solving.
Nice to have
- A category B driving license will be an additional asset.
- Knowledge of SMD and THT soldering will be an additional asset.
- Experience with BIOS and EEPROM programmers will be an additional asset.
- Fluent knowledge of computer networking concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux systems.
