Warehouseman - Warehouse assistant - Technician/assembly operative
Position Overview
Job in a warehouse handling enterprise-class computer equipment (servers, storage arrays, network switches, hard drives, SSDs, etc.). The job involves daily receipt of electronic equipment deliveries, including entering parts into the system using a scanner. Responsibilities also include preparing packages for shipment (creating packaging, scheduling shipments), as well as maintaining order in the warehouse (periodic cleaning, equipment maintenance, etc.).
Key responsibilities
- Preparing goods for shipment – packing parcels and pallets.
- Receiving goods (computer equipment) into the system and organizing them in the warehouse.
- Verifying the accuracy of orders against warehouse receipts and dispatches.
- Recording and monitoring warehouse inventory levels.
- Conducting periodic inventory quantity checks in the warehouse.
- Creating shipping labels, organizing shipments and in-person pickups.
- Minor repairs and cleaning of computer equipment.
- Occasional deliveries and pickups of goods to/from clients.
- Cooperation with other company departments in the field of logistics.
- Cooperation with suppliers (handling complaints, ordering goods, etc.).
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse, as well as performing maintenance on various warehouse equipment.
Our Requirements
- Diligence – the position is intended only for individuals who use their working time productively.
- Patience and precision – the job involves handling products with a large number of technical parameters, requiring focused and accurate data entry.
- Manual dexterity – ability to use simple tools effectively.
- Proficient use of computers (barcode scanners, printers, scanner) and basic office software.
- Knowledge of computer hardware – ability to identify and distinguish between computer components.
- Integrity.
Nice to have
- Category B driving license – experience in driving a delivery van.
- Knowledge of 3D printing.
